🔢 Google Sheets Setup Guide

Step 1: Create Your Spreadsheet
  1. Go to sheets.google.com
  2. Click "+ Blank" to create a new spreadsheet
  3. Rename it to "75 Soft Tracker"
Step 2: Daily Tracking Sheet Setup

Create these columns in Row 1:

Column Header Type
A Day Number (1-75)
B Date Date
C Exercise Checkbox
D Diet Checkbox
E Reading Checkbox
F Water Checkbox
G Score Formula
H Status Formula
Step 3: Essential Formulas
Score (Column G):
=COUNTIF(C2:F2, TRUE) / 4 * 100
Status (Column H):
=IF(G2=100, "✅ Complete", IF(G2>0, "🟡 Partial", "❌ Missed"))
Overall Progress (Dashboard):
=COUNTIF(H:H, "✅ Complete") & " / 75 days complete"
Habit Completion Rate:
=COUNTIF(C:C, TRUE) / COUNTA(A:A) * 100 & "%"
Step 4: Add Conditional Formatting
  1. Select column H (Status)
  2. Go to Format → Conditional formatting
  3. Add rule: Text contains "Complete" → Green background
  4. Add rule: Text contains "Partial" → Yellow background
  5. Add rule: Text contains "Missed" → Red background
Step 5: Add Charts
  1. Select your data range
  2. Go to Insert → Chart
  3. Choose "Line chart" for progress over time
  4. Choose "Pie chart" for habit breakdown
  5. Move charts to a "Dashboard" sheet
Step 6: Share Your Template
  1. Click "Share" button in top right
  2. Change to "Anyone with the link"
  3. Set permission to "Viewer"
  4. Copy the link
  5. Users can then File → Make a copy
